TA Inclusion Intern
Primary Location Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota Job ID R110039 ApplyPatterson Companies has an exciting opportunity to participate in our Summer Internship Program! This internship runs from the beginning of June through August 2026. The intern will participate in meaningful work, along with making contributions to team efforts in our fast paced, people first corporate environment. This internship will be hybrid from our corporate office located in Mendota Heights, MN.
Overview:
The Talent Acquisition and Inclusion Intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of tasks and projects ranging from recruitment to diversity.
- Assist the Talent team in sourcing, selection, and broader marketing/branding activities to support multiple initiatives
- Conduct research and sourcing, including using AI tools to support hiring needs and talent brand awareness
- Support candidate disposition in the application tracking system while supporting data integrity, reporting, and talent metrics tracking
- Contribute to branding and marketing projects that elevate the employee experience, talent attraction efforts, and inclusion messaging
- Participating in cross-company intern projects
- Assist in planning and executing inclusion and belonging initiatives
- Collaborate and support our employee affinity groups
- Update cultural calendar and design flyers and activities, including monthly celebrations, speaker series, and workshops
- Provide project status updates and reporting on analytics, surveys, and materials
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited degree program
- Strong problem-solving and technical capabilities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Highly collaborative with a desire to learn in a professional environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Physical Demands
- Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday
- May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds, such as office supplies or equipment
- Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others, such as coworkers, customers, and vendors
- Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.
Environmental Factors
Our corporate office is in an environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.
